Lasik surgery is one of the remedy for the eye surgery and the doctors have been in the research and looking for the improvement in Lasik surgery. Normal procedure of Lasik is that involves two steps which include the cutting of the cornea and the necessary adjustments can be made.

Usually the cornea of the eye can be cut by using a hand held device called a microkeratome which is having an oscillating metal blade. Now comes the new method IntraLase method which is made without the help of blade which is an innovation in lasik surgery. This method will remove the use of handheld blade during the surgery which will ultimately put end to all surgical problems during the surgery.
